A remarkable penthouse in Tel Aviv for a young family with children.  Frommer fell in love with the   unconventional layout of the apartment’s floor plan. She loves challenges and this space with its many angles posed many issues which Frommer resolved in an elegant and sophisticated manner.

The views seen through the extraordinary glass wall windows are a sight to behold and the floor to ceiling windows are an aesthetic component in their own right. The grey marble floor acts as a backdrop for the various accents of colors used, and the bar, with its mirror, crystal glasses and multi-colored bottles provides a focal point in the room. Complimentary brass and golden elements blend to support the stylish and polished feel.

Frommer states that this project was a total gut renovation. She took into account existing beams and incorporated new ceilings with touches of wood in order to provide a warm and welcoming feel to the requested grey color scheme. The result; an elegant spacious living and dining area with an exquisite foyer that leads to a serene and scenic garden.

Frommer chose a stylish, contemporary kitchen and equipped it with only the best. The lush modern Corian washing station just off the powder room provides style. The highly modern bathroom design showcases horizontally-veined marble in various shades of grey.

After searching for the ideal luxury home in Israel, this couple came upon the perfect opportunity when two apartments in the same building were up for sale. They felt a calling to purchase and connect these two apartments and brought Frommer on-board to thoroughly recreate and refurbish the space. Hence, a total gut renovation took place which ultimately resulted in the spectacular transformation of two average apartments into one stunning duplex.
