The client wished to transform the mansion’s basement into a prominent aristocratic drawing room/lounge. This was a halted project that the client wished to finally bring to completion utilizing the existing layout and partitions. The result: an upscale gentlemen’s club for drinks, a cigar and a good game of billiard.
