The apartment perched on the highest floors of a building in Jerusalem

stood empty for 5 years when I was commissioned to finally start and complete the planning

and design of the space:  three floors, 750 sqm comprising 10 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms,

and a sizeable 250 sqm balcony overlooking Jerusalem to as a vacation home for friends

and extended family during holidays in Israel.

The client requested sophisticated luxury which is presented in this traditionally designed penthouse,

with a private elevator lobby, majestic wrought-iron staircase, a roof terrace overlooking Jerusalem,

floor to ceiling windows, custom furnishings, magnificent lighting, a gold-leaf gilded living room ceiling and more.

The private lobby, with in-laid Spanish marble, is accessed via a brass-clad elevator.

Entering the foyer area, a grand black wrought-iron staircase with a bespoke Swarovski cascading chandelier is observed.

Glass and brass pocket doors elegantly lead into the living room.
